Thank you for choosing our laser engraving business! Here's what you need to know about our shipping process:

  1. Flat-Rate Shipping: Wre offer FREE shipping rate for every order. If you would like expedited shipping (3 day, 2 day, or overnight) please reach out as this will be an additional charge! 

  2. Order Processing: To ensure accuracy and allow for any changes, we begin processing orders 24 hours after they are placed. This gives you a window to reach out if any adjustments need to be made. After this period, we will initiate the processing of your order.

  3. Shipping Timeframe: Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped out within 3-5 business days. Please note that this timeframe refers to business days and excludes weekends and public holidays. We strive to get your custom items ready for shipment as quickly as possible.

  4. Delivery Time: The actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method and your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track the progress of your package.

  5. International Shipping: At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

*Please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or carrier delays, may affect the shipping timeframe. While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, we appreciate your understanding in such situations.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the customized nature of our products, we have a returns policy in place to ensure the best possible experience for our customers.

1. No Returns on Customized Orders:
As each order is tailored specifically to your preferences, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on customized items. We encourage you to review your order carefully before placing it to ensure all details are accurate.

2. Order Placement Error:
If you notice a mistake in your order placement, please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate changes or corrections during this time frame. However, if we do not receive notification within 24 hours, the order will proceed as originally placed.

3. Quality Concerns or Transit Damage:
While we strive for the highest quality in our products, we understand that unforeseen issues may occur. If the quality of the item does not meet your expectations or if the order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.

In such cases, we will offer a store credit for the price of the item, which can be used towards a future purchase. We believe in your satisfaction and want to ensure that any issues are resolved promptly and fairly.

Please note that store credits are non-transferable and must be used within a specific timeframe, as indicated in our correspondence with you.
